You can contact us via the contact form on the contact section, email, text or WhatsApp. We will then call you back to discuss your appointment.
You can also give us a call on 07940252013. If we don't answer, please leave us a voicemail and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Sometimes we may be at an appointment or at an area with limited phone signal. We will always get back to you.

You will receive and email confirming the date and the time we will be visiting you at home.

3. HOME VISIT
We will visit you and your pet at your home. We will discuss what to expect from our visit, answer any questions you may have and support you throughout the visit, always ensuring a peaceful process for your beloved pet. Our appointments are 1h 30m long, we will follow your pace, give you the time you need to say a last goodbye, and always make sure you are ready before allowing your pet to cross the rainbow.
Following your pet's passing, we can leave you and your pet if you choose a home burial or we will transport your pet to the crematorium, always handling your pet's remains with dignity.
